4. Establish solid connections with all parties involved with current and potential clients, including suppliers.
5. Help customers solve problems by doing system analyses, interpreting data, and making written recommendations to ensure customer operations are as efficient as possible.
6. Responsible for business development and sales expansion, as well as introducing products or services to current and potential clients
7. Collaborate with the Business Development Sales Department to identify new goods in accordance with market potential and opportunities.
8. Coordinate with Sales Team, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure proper inventory levels and overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree from any major.
2. Have three years of experience in an Manager Sales position with a proven track record of success in the mining, mineral or metals industries
3. Experience with technical, industrial manufacturing, distribution, or metallurgical industry sales is a plus
4. Strong business acumen, including an understanding of the business relationship between manufacturers, distributors and end-users of metallurgical products and services
5. The ability to work under pressure, excitement, aggression, and a strong desire to achieve a goal.
6. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Mandarin are advantage
