- Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Metallurgy, Project Management or a related field are preferred. - Minimum 2 years of sales experience and proven track record in driving sales revenue.
- Having knowledge of the Refractory/ Semiconductor/ Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical industries.
- Having strong desire to work with and improve sales productivity, performance, and satisfaction.
- Proven track record of building effective relationships with customer/ principle/ sales team.
- Excellent consultation, negotiating, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced/ intermediate English skills is required.
- Willing to travel between cities in Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
1) Provide technical support when needed and recommend troubleshooting for application’s technical issue
2) Supporting all product / application development activities
3) To be a genuine partner, offering technical support, technical updates and information for customers
Requirements:
1) Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Project Management or a related field are preferred.
2) Minimum 1-2 years (s) of working experience in the same field / as Technical Support at Foundry / Refractory Dept.
3) Understanding of the business relationship between manufacturers, distributors and end-users of metallurgical products and services
4) Excellent consultation, negotiating, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
5) Excellent communication skills and fluency in English is advantage.
